PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE 

We also offer monthly, quarterly and on request preventative maintenance packages that can be customized to your businesses needs.  These PM's include us servicing all refrigeration equipment and more.  Here is just some of what is included:

  • Checking/Cleaning Refrigeration Equipment Coils
  • Checking/Cleaning Ice Machines
  • Checking/Cleaning Drain Pans and Drain Lines
  • Checking/Changing Filters (Water and AC)
  • Checking/Changing Belts
  • Checking Electrical Controls
  • Checking Compressors and Condensor Motors

All equipment is also checked to ensure that it is functioning properly.  Should anything need to be replaced or repaired an OWNER of our company will personally talk to you and explain what problem is occurring and the best course of action in correcting it; whether it be repairing, replacing or waiting, depending on you and your business needs, the cost to be incurred and time.  You will never be pressured into making any purchases.  We believe that nobody knows the needs of your business better than you do, and by an experienced owner informing you of all of your options involving your refrigeration equipment it will allow you to make the best decisions for your business.
